If you receive a faulty or damaged item, I will provide a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount (including shipping). If you receive faulty or damaged items, please email email@example.com within 48 hours.
I am not responsible for any damage caused by Australia Post while in transit. However, if your parcel is damaged, please contact me immediately and we can discuss a resolution.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of being placed. Orders are sent via Australia Post.
Please be aware that Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays due to Covid-19. Although your parcel is sent express, please be aware that it may not arrive as quickly as normal. These delays are out of my hands, and I do not take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.
I currently only offer domestic shipping within Australia. If you are interested in International Shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping is a flat rate fee of $10 and will be sent via Australia Post. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been posted. Items that attract free shipping are sent via letter, and are therefore untracked.
