Faulty items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, I will provide a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount (including shipping). If you receive faulty or damaged items, please email within 48 hours. 
I am not responsible for any damage caused by Australia Post while in transit. However, if your parcel is damaged, please contact me immediately and we can discuss a resolution. 


Orders are shipped within 3 business days of being placed. Orders are sent via Australia Post. 
Please be aware that Australia Post can experience delivery delays. Especially during peak periods, like Christmas. Please be aware that your order may not arrive as quickly as normal. These delays are out of my hands, and I do not take responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.

Shipping is charged based on the heaviest items ordered (no more than $13) and will be sent via Australia Post. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been posted.
